Our Mission
To support organisations in taking a more structured and proactive approach to workplace wellbeing, bringing together a trusted network of expertise to deliver practical, joined-up support that makes a meaningful difference to how people experience work.
Our Specialists
Founder & Clinical Strategy Lead
As a dual-qualified clinical and safety professional with over a decade of experience in Occupational Health environments, the Founder leads the strategic direction of the Collective.
Their approach has been shaped through years of managing complex health and performance cases across a range of industries. This experience led to a clear focus: while individual support is important, the most sustainable impact comes from addressing the underlying workplace factors that influence how people feel, function, and perform.
By moving beyond reactive approaches, the Founder supports organisations to take a more proactive and structured approach to workplace wellbeing, helping to identify and improve the systems, environments, and behaviours that shape employee experience.
Alongside this background, the Founder brings additional expertise in nutritional therapy, physical performance, behaviour change, and psychological support. This multidisciplinary perspective supports a joined-up and practical approach to workplace wellbeing.
With a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, the Founder continues to build expertise across workplace health, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring all approaches remain current, evidence-informed, and aligned with recognised best practice.
Working with a trusted network of associates, the Founder oversees the development and delivery of structured, high-quality wellbeing support tailored to the needs of modern organisations.
